Can you manufacture custom outsoles and molds or do we use stock components?
Both options are available. We maintain an extensive library of premium Italian and Portuguese stock soles and components requiring zero tooling investment. If your collection requires proprietary geometry, we engineer custom aluminum molds and 3D prototypes with rapid tooling cycles of 3–4 weeks.
How long does physical prototyping take?
Initial physical samples typically take 3 to 4 weeks once lasts, patterns, and materials are confirmed. If custom tooling molds are required, mold fabrication runs concurrently with upper pattern drafting.
What leathers and sustainable materials do you offer?
We partner exclusively with certified European tanneries (100% LWG Gold and Silver rated) in Portugal and Italy, supplying calfskin, suede, nubuck, and vegetable-tanned leathers.
